Entry Deadline: Wednesday, October 1st @ 6:00 PM

Entry Fee: $50 per person for 2-day tournament. Does not include greens fees or cart.

Banquet Dinner: $30 per person (tax and tip included).

Eligibility: Open to Mint Valley Men’s Club members

Tees: White Tees. Exception: If Age 63 or older and GHIN Index is > 15.4 you get the option to choose Gold or White Tees.

Tee Times: Start at 8:00 AM.

Schedule of Events:

Thursday, October 2nd – Special Event — Calcutta — Team Draw

•       5PM-8PM – Mill City Grill, 1260 Commerce, Longview

•       Blind draw to select 2-person teams.

•       Spaghetti dinner provided by Men’s Club.

•       Open to all members; you do not need to play in tourney to attend this event.

Saturday, October 4th — Best Ball, Member Banquet, Raffle prizes

•       Best Ball (85% Handicap)

•       Banquet Dinner: 6PM — 8PM @ Rigo’s, 3225 Ocean Beach Hwy, Longview

•       All-you-can-eat: Chicken Cazuela, Pollo Crema, and Pork Birria.

•       Chips, salsa, rice, beans, guacamole, tortillas, and sour cream.

•       Banquet open to all members and their guests; you do not need to play in tourney to attend.

Sunday, October 5th – Team Scramble, Award Ceremony

•       Scramble (Handicap = 35% A + 15% B). Minimum 5 tee shots per player.

Drop off: Place entry form and payment in drop box across from Moe’s Grill in the Mint Valley Golf Course pro shop.

This scramble tournament is a sure hit for any golfer, experienced or not.  Cost includes greens fees, a moonlight glow golf ball, and prizes.  The tournament is 9 holes on the nine of Mint Valley Golf Course and is limited to the first 40 participants.  Register early to avoid missing out!

Entry Fee: $50 per player hardcopy registration -OR- $48 per person using online registration (Includes

payouts for prize money. Does not include greens fees or cart.)

Eligibility: Open to any golfer with a current USGA handicap (GHIN).

Tee Times: Start at 7:45 AM.

Divions and Tees: Men (White), Senior Men (60+; Gold), Women (Gold) .

*** Divisions subject to field size***

Format: 18-hole stroke play. Option to take 1 (one) Mulligan per hole. No carryover mulligans. It you take

a mulligan that ball must be used for the rest of the hole (it must be holed out). Gross and Net scoring.

Handicap allowances: 85% of course handicap

Field Size: Limited to first 80 players

Prizes: Flighted payouts. Gross and net place winners. Skins and closest to pin (KPs).
