SHOT GUN TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Hosting a shotgun tournament at Mint Valley Golf Course comes at a premium cost, and here’s why: During the summer months, when demand for golfing is typically high, we often forego the opportunity to host individual rounds in favor of accommodating tournaments. While we could potentially make more revenue through daily rates during this time, we prioritize providing an exclusive experience for our tournament directors and participants. Our pricing reflects the value of this exclusivity, ensuring that your tournament receives the attention and resources it deserves.
With our shotgun tournament package, you’ll enjoy unparalleled access to our entire course for a duration of 5 hours. We understand the importance of having the course all to yourself, which is why we close down the facility to other rounds during your event. This means your tournament participants can focus on the game without any distractions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Policies & Procedures:
- A 10% deposit of the Total Fees is required with a signed contract to reserve the date of the event.
- Note: that this deposit is non-refundable and a credit card must be left on file
- Shotgun Tournament Format remaining payment is due in full at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the tournament.
- Cancellation of an event must be declared at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the tournament to ensure a refund minus deposit.
- Confirmation of exact number of players and golf carts is required two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.
- A complete Player List must be submitted ten (10) days prior to the date of the event.
- Event Representative recognizes that they will be held responsible for any/all damage to golf course or golf equipment caused by any participants associated with the event.
- Event Representative must be on premises the entire time of the tournament from set up to take down.
- Due to Washington State Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws (WAC 314-16-040), all beverages must be purchased at the golf course.
- Only beer, cider, and wine are allowed to be served under our liquor license.
- Personal ice chests or coolers are not allowed on the course.
