Entry Deadline: Wednesday, September 30th @ 6:00 PM

Entry Fee: $50 per person for 2-day tournament. Does not include greens fees or cart.

Banquet Dinner: Optional. $30 per person (tax and tip included). See below for menu.

Tournament Eligibility: Open to Mint Valley Men’s Club members

Tees: White Tees. Exception: If Age 63 or older and GHIN Index is >15.4 you get the option to choose Gold or White Tees.

Tee Times: Start at 8:00 AM.

Schedule of Events:

Thursday, October 1st – Special Event – Calcutta – Team Draw

• 6PM-8PM – Mint Valley Club House
• Blind draw to select 2-person teams.
• Pulled pork dinner provided by Men’s Club
• Open to all MVMC members; you can attend even if you do not play. This is a social event.

Saturday, October 3rd – Best Ball, Member Banquet, Raffle prizes

• Best Ball (100% Handicap)
• Banquet Dinner: 6PM – 8PM @ Mint Valley Club House
• Banquet open to all MVMC members and their guests; you can attend even if you do not play.
• Menu: Smoked Brisket with Horseradish Cream, Chicken Pesto, Rolls, Herbed Potatoes, Green Beans with Cashews, and Parmesan Caesar Salad, Potato Rolls with Italian Whipped Butter

Sunday, October 4th – Team Scramble, Award Ceremony

• Scramble (Handicap = 35% A + 15% B). Minimum 5 tee shots per player.
